Snow Rider 3D is an endless sledding game in 3D. Your sled runs down a snowy mountain on its own, and you steer around snowmen, trees and rocks for as long as you can. There is no finish line and no level list: each run lasts until you crash, and the game keeps your score and your best. You can play it free on this page, in your browser, with nothing to install.
If an old Snow Rider link you used now shows a 404, this page works. It sits next to Retro Bowl on retrobowl.me, so you can switch between a football season and a few quick runs down the hill.
How to play Snow Rider 3D
- Wait for the game to load, about 13 MB on the first visit, then click the title screen where it says Tap to Start.
- On the menu, click again where it says Tap to Slide. Your first run opens with a short tutorial.
- Click the tutorial to close it. The sled starts moving by itself, so you never press a key to go forward.
- Press the Left Arrow to steer left and the Right Arrow to steer right.
- Press the Up Arrow to jump. The tutorial's own reminder is "Don't forget to jump through the obstacles."
- When you crash, the game shows your score, your best and the gifts you picked up. Tap to restart and go again.
What is on the menu
- The wooden sign: It shows your Best score and your total Plays.
- The cart button: Bottom right. It opens the sled shop, which starts on the Old Sleds with the arrows to browse the others.
- The gift counter: Top left of the shop. Gift boxes you collect on the hill are the currency there.
- The wrench button: Bottom left of the menu.
Tips for a longer run
- Steer with short presses. A long hold on an arrow can swing the sled straight into the rocks.
- Look further down the hill than the sled, since every obstacle needs a move made before you reach it.
- Go after a gift only when the line to it is clear. A crash ends the run, so one greedy turn costs you the whole score.
Snow Rider 3D at school
People often search for Snow Rider 3D unblocked because they want to play on a school Chromebook. It runs in the browser with no download, so a Chromebook is fine as long as the network allows retrobowl.me and its game server. Only the school's network admin can change a filter, and nothing on this page gets around one. Follow your school's rules about when games are allowed.
